Anonymized, but real.

The clients are anonymized; the role, scope, and technology are not. Discretion is part of the collaboration, especially for long-term mandates and sensitive systems. I name specific clients and, where possible, contacts in a personal conversation.

Selected mandates.

Mid-market SaaS platform for financial reporting, ongoing

Complete technical responsibility for an existing multi-tenant platform with Python, Django, and React, from architecture through development to operations. The aging infrastructure is being modernized to a cloud-native state; new features are built with AI, but under control: AI modules run versioned through testing and review before going to production. An ongoing mandate at near-full capacity.

Central recruiting platform for several corporate brands

Bundled at one point for around four years as technical lead and full-stack developer: architecture, decisions, and implementation in one hand. Today a multi-tenant platform that carries several corporate brands. One person who carried responsibility over years, instead of changing hands.

Python, Django, React, Next.js, Azure, multi-tenant architecture

DAX industrial corporation, platform for automated security testing

15 months of Python development on frameworks for automated tests, with test-driven development as the standard. The goal was knowledge transfer from the start: in the end, the internal team could continue developing the code on its own. The system keeps running without me.

Python, test-driven development, Docker

Bundesliga club, applications for match operations, ongoing

Ongoing since 2024: conception, development, and integration with existing systems. Where standard software did not carry, custom in-house developments are in daily operation today, in an industry far from the classic IT corporation.

What the references show.

Why are the references anonymized?

Discretion is part of the collaboration, especially for long-term mandates and sensitive systems. The role, scope, and technology are real; I name specific clients and, where possible, contacts in a personal conversation.

Can I speak with reference clients?

By arrangement and with the consent of the respective clients, I arrange direct contact. We clarify this in the first conversation, once a project becomes concrete.

Does one of these situations fit your project?

A first conversation clarifies whether and how this experience transfers to your product.
