§ 01

Ownership over service routine.

I don't treat important projects like someone else's material that I deliver as cleanly as possible and then check off. I work more like I'd have to live with the result myself — because that changes the decisions made along the way.

§ 02

Judgment over mere output.

Producing code has become easier, especially through AI. The real question is no longer what you can build fast — but what you should build, what carries, and what will come back to haunt you later.

§ 03

Product work over project administration.

Many digital projects are managed like projects when they should actually be treated like products. I don't think in the next ticket, but in the product itself.

§ 04

AI gives speed. Direction stays human.

I work intensively with modern AI-assisted development. That changes my leverage massively. But I don't let it lead me.

AI makes many things faster. It just doesn't make bad decisions any better.

What concretely changes.

  • Decisions are made more clearly and earlier.
  • Wrong directions are caught faster.
  • Less time lost in handoffs and coordination.
  • The product feels less managed and more carried.
  • Speed comes not from shortcuts, but from better leadership, better assessment, and the thoughtful use of AI.

Sounds like the right approach? Let's assess your project.
